There is something interesting in the state of Denmark. The Danish government has big plans to use the sea surrounding Copenhagen, the capital city. The purpose is not to house people but to build a "European Silicon Valley" and attract international business. Comprising nine islands, this ambitious project is called "Holmene” and is supposed to commence in 2022 after parlimentary approval.
