Forgive me for not recognizing the character being recognized here, but I'm not really up on Marvel characters. I'm pretty sure this is Natalia Romanoff, otherwise known as Black Widow, a founding member of The Avengers. This comic from Dorkly is an update of a similar comic from three years ago.
