Pikachu was exploring a sewer system in search of new pocket monsters for Ash to catch when he came across a funny looking fellow holding a balloon. The fellow had a clowny face that wasn't at all intimidating, but something about the way he so confidently strode up to Pika made the little guy wonder if he was looking for a battle. Suddenly Pika heard a voice in his head that said "don't worry little guy, we all fight down here", to which he replied "PIKA!" and let loose a bolt of lightning big enough to take down a Charizard...
