It's A ME-OW, Mario! by Harebrained Design
When Mario puts on one of his animal themed suits he usually just wears it to help him get through a level then he takes it off and goes back to being plain old Super Mario, but something changed in him when he put on the Neko (Cat) Suit. Suddenly he felt frisky, had an appetite for seafood, and wanted to sharpen his claws on every piranha plant he came across. His friends thought maybe the suit had been cursed by a Koopaling's magic so Luigi put it on- and felt nothing more than an overwhelming urge to relieve himself in a litter box...Looks like Mario's just a big kittie at heart!
