I've never been big on vegan desserts, but when they look as magical as these incredible Lisa Frank whoopie pies by Courtisan Cupcakes, I'd be more than willing to give them another shot. Complete with not only vivid rainbow colors, glitter and sprinkles, they even come adorned with a Lisa Frank cake topper. It's like someone transformed my 3rd grade Trapper Keeper and turned it into a dessert!
