Each year, Poynter rounds up the best corrections to be found in newspapers, magazines, TV, and websites. Sometimes the original errors are so egregious, you wonder how they got past the editors and fact-checkers. In others, you can imagine the complaints that led to the correction. The New York Times is famous for meticulously correcting any errors found or pointed out. But then apparently, so is Buzzfeed.
