Paul Borrud constructs a slip ’n’ slide every year for Australia Day. This year’s (back in January) was an amazing 100 meters long, downhill into a pond that’s not big enough to stop everyone who plunges into it.
Borrud thought of everything: the cookout, beer, tents for sun protection, floats, and tractors carrying people up the hill. Watching this will make you miss summertime, although it’s just getting started again in Australia. -via Boing Boing
