Louisiana is being battered by rainfall and flooding is reported across the state. Some cities got more rain this weekend than they average for an entire summer. A woman in Baton Rouge was sinking in her car when several men in a boat came along at the last few seconds before she was dragged under the water. Watch as they try to smash her window, but end up just ripping through the ragtop.
She was lucky. At least three people have lost their lives so far in the flooding, and over a thousand have been rescued. The work continues today as several more inches of rain is expected. -via Metafilter
