After you’ve put your heart and soul into crafting a feature film, it must be difficult to edit out entire scenes. It’s usually crucial to do so, because audiences aren’t going to sit through much more than three hours of a movie. Some scenes get cut because they turned out not as good as others, but some very good scenes are cut because they don’t change the entire plot and will save time.
