When the Doctor tells you not to blink you'd better listen, because the hush that's befalling signifies the return of something rather sinister from the deep recesses of space. They're called the Weeping Angels, seemingly innocent looking statues that come to life when your eyes are closed, and once they've set their sights on you the only way to survive is to keep on staring. Their unfazed by the Doctor's sonic technology, have no compassion for the lives of other sentient beings in the universe, and they're responsible for taking the lives of at least two of the Doctor's companions. So if you see a sinister piece of angelic statuary that wasn't there before you'd better keep your eyes open and hope the Doctor comes to lend you a hand!
