Japanese Designer New Year’s Cards of 2016

The Lunar New Year arrives on February 8, ushering in the year of the Fire Monkey, according to the traditional Chinese zodiac. Spoon & Tamago has a collection of Japanese art created by contemporary designers to welcome the new year, with plenty of monkey imagery. Shown here is one of my favorites, from Studio Takeuma.
