My daughter made a pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting last week that was so rich that you had to cut the slices very thin. Yet it was gone in a day. That pumpkin/cinnamon/ginger combination makes a variety of foods taste like autumn, from breakfast rolls to dessert. With cream cheese? Yes, I’ll take two.
