Most fans agree it doesn't really matter, but other more obsessive fans, like that beloved children's book author, have formed their own theories. The Dr. decided to share his theory via children's book, since that was his favorite form of self expression, but the big book companies couldn't get behind a book about the murder of a Rodian bounty hunter by a smuggler working solo. So his wonderful book "Who Shot First?" has sat in a box never to be read by anyone but the Dr. himself, until now...oh, what's that you say? The book still hasn't been published? My bad...
