32 years ago, architect Ernesto Bedmar bought an alley in Córdoba, Argentina. It seemed like it was hardly big enough to build anything substantial, but Bedmar erected a pleasant loft. After many years, it began to deteriorate, so he looked for a new purpose.
After reconstruction, the space reopened as El Papagayo, a restaurant measuring less than 8 feet wide and 105 feet long. A glass ceiling provides a lot of natural light into the building. There's a full kitchen, a private dining room, an upstairs office, and plumbing facilities inside. You can see more photos at Arch Daily.

This beats Al's Breakfast in Minneapolis which is all of 10 feet wide. But since those ten feet need to contain stools, a counter and the cooks it only seats 14 rather than the expansive accommodations in the photo.
