The Labrador Retriever wants his toy. Nay, he needs it. But he is not allowed to go past the rug. His only chance for survival is to rest his hind paws on the very edge of the rug and stretch over the Forbidden Zone to reach his toy. Then, technically speaking, he isn't breaking the rule.
