Prison personnel try to stay vigilant about rooting out and eliminate anything that can be used to craft a cutter, sticker, strangler or shooter, but cons are crafty. They prove that necessity is the mother of invention by crafting deadly weapons out of whatever’s handy.
You’ve probably heard about a toothbrush or broom handle shiv but incredibly some guy made one out of toilet paper.
