The people who hate tattoos are frequently heard asking those with ink, "but what will it look like when you're older?" It's a smug argument that hopes to illicit worry from body art fans who worry about their looks. Thanks to Hefty though, tattoo fans can finally answer that question with an equally smug "hopefully as good as these senior citizen's ink."
Indeed, all 16 of the senior citizens featured in the article have wonderful body art that seems no less impressive despite their aged skin. Of course, I'm sure your results may vary based on how well you take care of your skin, but that's the case with or without tattoos.

These photos prove that a tattoo doesn't necessarily look bad on a senior citizen. They do NOT prove that tattoos will continue to look good when you are older. I will guarantee that some of the tattoos shown in the images were not inked on the skin in the 1950s...
