It's hard for celebrities like Chris Evans, Shia LaBoeuf, and Miss Cellania to go out and enjoy their daily lives without photographers from gossip rags shoving cameras at them and snapping pictures. They often want to just be left alone while in public, which is why Chris Holmes, a professional DJ who often works with celebrities, invented Flashback Photobomber clothing.

Tiny glass bubbles embedded in the clothing are invisible to the naked eye. But they flash back at cameras using flash bulbs, ruining the resulting images

No, because the beads are retro-reflective - that is they send light back the way it came. Same as road signs - they're covered with tiny glass beads called ballotini.

I don't believe this would work as advertised: because if the exposure is set on the scene pre-flash, then the faces and background should be normally exposed and only the retroreflective clothing should be blasted to white if flash is used for that photo.
