Fia Fortune of Fia's Maine Kitchen pushes the boundaries of culinary decadence even further with this deep fried concoction. She used Dogfish Head Tweason’ale, which is a strawberry-flavored beer, for the batter. The stuffing consists of cream cheese and confectioner's sugar.
