One peculiar little alien found itself stranded on Earth without a way to phone home, and something about that critter's turtle-without-a-shell appearance made both of the Doctor's hearts melt! The Doctor decided to help the little guy get back home, but since his police box time machine was in need of repair he had to settle for the only mode of transportation he could find...
