The Doctor parked his blue police box in a bad part of the universe, on a planet populated by very silly people on the other side of a red dwarf star. The populace had a mini robot revolution on their hands, since all of the skutters had decided they were tired of cleaning up other people's messes and were busy making messes of their own. The Doctor had arrived just in time, and his sonic screwdriver made short work of those little suckers, but there was still one big mess for the time lord to clean up...
