Any photographer that can say they’ve spent thirty years of their life shooting pics of musicians and entertainers has definitely seen some crazy s@#!, but Josh Cheuse has, for the most part, kept that crazy side out of the picture.
Josh’s photographic career began at the age of 16, when he made a gutsy move and called The Clash asking if he could photograph the band.
Surprisingly the band agreed, and Josh went on to become good friends with Joe Strummer and spend the next thirty years of his life photographing everyone from Run-DMC to Lady Gaga.
Josh's amazing career in photography is the subject of an exhibition called "Grooving Years", which is now showing at the Morrison Hotel Gallery in New York City.
