Dave Barry of the Miami Herald often introduces weird crime stories with the headline "Guess The State." He's referring to his own Florida, which is the home of Florida Man: The World's Worst Superhero.
There is, of course, no actual person. Florida Man is simply a compilation of news headlines about eccentrics from that state. Here are a few examples:
