Literally Everything Else From Your Childhood: The Movie

(YouTube link)

This parody movie trailer from The Wil Wheaton Project is a spoof of the many nostalgic toy-themed films we are suffering under. They certainly know the prime internet/movie buying demographic: Americans who grew up in the late ‘80s and the ‘90s. The only one of these things that means "childhood" to me is the Magic 8-ball, which has been around since the 1940s. -via Wil Wheaton

Lite-Brite dates back to 1967 (according to Wikipedia), and I would watch "Lite-Brite the Movie" (but not in a theater). Of course, all the movies based on the Hanna-Barbera and Jay Ward cartoons of MY youth were made some time ago (to mostly not much success). And I know the video was for Wil Wheaton's TV show, but he didn't belong there - he has already gotten a couple of remakes and reboots, right?
