There is a lot of wisdom to be found in Christie Young’s simply wonderful series The Rules, which she creates for GOOD Magazine.
The Brooklyn based illustrator has clearly lived a full, and occasionally a bit drawn out, life and thus has some pearls of knowing howness to share with the comic loving world:
With everyday life situations constantly rearing their ugly heads, like being invited to the first backyard BBQ of the year, or when you go to a wedding and then nurse a hangover the next day, it’s good to know that Christie has simple, illustrated solutions readily available for our eyeballs to view.
Christie may be young in age, at heart, and in last name, but her illustrated words are just as true as if they’d come out of the mouth/pencil of an old person.
