You can tell the age of a cauliflower head by the length of their leaves, and the fullness of the white curd that makes up their main head, the specimen featured in this video appears to be about thirty seven years old.
His name is Caracol, and according to his creator Giuseppe Tomba "We are living in a strange period of time and Caracol has arrived to give us the answers."
It appears we have only two options to avoid this rough(age) future- stop eating vegetables right away, or eat all the vegetables we can get our hands on and wipe them out before they rise up against us all!
