What a wonderful world it would be if everyone could design their own phone! Mine would have large buttons and an old-fashioned ring tone that I wouldn’t have to download (and a one-button contact page like I used to have). You may have other ideas, but I bet there are plenty of folks who would just buy an xkcd phone designed by Randall Munroe. The cute noisemakers might be available as apps, but that side-facing camera is a real game-changer. I’d be happy if they just made a phone that didn’t break every time one of my kids dropped it.
