It's a market butcher shop and eatery. Maybe it's not the most pleasant diner in the galaxy. It certainly isn't the cleanest. But you can't beat the fresh facehugger. And I see that they've got human on special. Yummy!

The creature on the far left, the one sitting with ET, looks more insectoid, and I would venture a guess that it is one of the Prawns from District 9
