Moving Beyond Standing Desks

Humans have not evolved to be sitting all day. So people, aware of the unnatural state of this inactivity, use standing desks. Others use treadmill desks, even though they may actually impair performance. After initially give us bloggers rowing desks, Alex now prefers that we use milling desks.

I'm still working on the design for my mechanical bull desk. But perhaps I'm taking the wrong approach. Early humans did not ride mechanical bulls. They chased gazelles. Randall Monroe of xkcd has the right idea.
