Mia Munselle found a GoPro camera in her pigpen. The footage that was recovered from it tells what happened. Someone had planned to record a skydive, but the camera instead fell into the barnyard where a pig tried to eat it. Be aware that the spinning camera is quite disorienting, but eventually the spin syncs up with the frame rate. My guess is that the subsequent video from that time until the batteries went dead is not so interesting.
Munselle says it had been in the pigpen for eight months after falling from the plane, but how would she know that unless she found the original owner? I’d sure like to hear the rest of the story! (Update: Edward tells us the date would be on the video file -I did not know that.) Anyway, if it's not a viral marketing stunt, it's a fine testament to how tough those little cameras are. -via reddit
