When I was 5, I decided to make a cake by myself. A cake is a sweet-tasting bread. So I reasoned that I could make a cake by pouring pancake syrup all over a pile of sliced bread. It was terrible.
In the same sense, this is a cake. It is bread and roughly cylindrical. The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen, a restaurant in San Francisco, made it. The restaurant specializes in--you guessed it--grilled cheese sandwiches. This marvel is made with cheddar and Monterrey jack on sourdough bread with cheese frosting.
The good news is that the restaurant delivers.
The bad news is that the restaurant requires 48 hours notice to make one.
That's a shame. Just imagine a world living in a world where you could just order of these delivered to you within minutes.
