When artist Phil Sevy found out the mutant Quicksilver was going to be dressed like a hipster in the upcoming X-Men movie Days Of Future Passed he was inspired to come up with some hipster heroes of his own, but just because someone did it in a movie doesn’t make it right!
Phil created a set for Batman and one for the X-Men, and though his artwork is slick as can be these might be the most horrifying comic book redesigns ever.
Hipster Nightcrawler would be mighty annoying, constantly teleporting in to steal your PBR and change the music to Mumford & Sons, and something about the hipster look makes Wolverine look like he's been declawed.
