World Traveler Gets a Fill-in Tattoo of Every Nation He's Visited

Bill Passman is a world-wide backpacker. One day, while sitting in a bar in Honduras, he spotted a woman with a world map outline tattoo. She told him that she planned to add a red dot in every nation that she visited.

Passman loved the idea and decided to get his own map tattoo on his back. You can see from its current state that he's traveled far and wide.

I've never wanted a tattoo because I've always suspected that I would later regret whatever sentiment it expressed at the time. But it would be hard for me to see how the experience of traveling the world would cause regret. This is a brilliant idea for a tattoo.

Needless duplication of equipment. Maps can show more than one data type. So get someone else a world map tattoo, then add your own pushpins for places that you've traveled.
