One of The Spatularettes, a blogging/cooking duo in Pennsylvania, made a sixtieth birthday cake for her father. He loves Oreos, so she made a cake that looks like an Oreo inside and out. She used dark cocoa powder and coffee to get the color of the Oreo cookie. She also stuffed it inside with a mixture of butter, heavy cream, powdered sugar and more Oreos to simulate the Oreo creme. Finally, she topped it with even more Oreos for a thoroughly Oreoish Oreo cake.
