Six moai snowmen stand in a row, watching the sun rise and set like clockwork knowing that their days on this earth are numbered.
Snow is not the ideal medium for constructing moai statues, and considering they originated on Polynesian islands in the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean this comes as no surprise. What is surprising, however, is the fact that these moai men have changed their minds about surfing, and now think of snowboarding as their favorit action sport.
Stoic and chisel jawed, with an icy stare that would freeze the hearts of kinder, gentler snowmen, these moai warn visitors- don't mess with this house or you'll anger the sacred spirits that stand guard.
