Inspired by water balloons inflating under a faucet, Torafu Architects designed these lamps and displayed them at the IFFT interior design show in Tokyo last month. Strictly speaking, they're not light bulbs, though they do have that shape. Each glass bulb is backlit by an LED. The light highlights the bubbles and curves in the glass.
