Giant Cat Couch

Cats love the occasional human lap. Now you can experience a role reversal. Unfold, a design studio in Antwerp, Belgium, built this enormous couch. Unfold prefers to think of it as a sculpture, though, and names it Felix Domesticus. It was one of 5 cat-themed elements of an art installation that the studio assembled in 2010. The 3.5-meter long cat fills an apartment master bedroom. Visitors to the exhibit could sit on it for what Unfold calls “sweet revenge.”

Unfold should mass produce and sell this couch design. I’d bet that a lot of cat owners would happily make room for it in their homes.
