The History Channel's Twitter account has been Tweeting the progress of President John F. Kennedy's trip to Texas exactly 50 years ago. The account has so far followed stops in San Antonio and Houston, and Friday will update with an exact timeline of what happened in Dallas 50 years ago.
In case you aren't already aware, November 22, 1963, was the day that the president was shot and killed while riding in a motorcade through Dallas. Lee Harvey Oswald was later arrested as the shooter, and was himself shot and killed by Jack Ruby two days later. The Warren Commission later concluded that Oswald acted alone.
