The Modern Farmer Pie Chart

The best kind of pie chart is a chart about pies! And the percentages are easy: each month is 1/12 of the year. But this chart tells you what kind of pie is most seasonal for each month, and what kind of crust to put it in. This is only the top part of the chart, though. The rest of it has the actual recipes for each pie and crust, and you can find that at Modern Farmer. This would even look nice printed out for your kitchen!
