Gandalf vs. Tourists: You Shall Not Pass!

You shall not pass! Gandalf may be the bad ass that stopped the dreadful Balrog dead in its track on the Bridge of Khazad-dum in The Lord of the Rings, but could the powerful wizard stop ... tourists?

Improv Everywhere tested the limits of Gandalf's power by trying to stop people from passing on a bridge in Central Park, New York. See if Gandalf succeeded in this YouTube short directed by Charlie Todd and produced by Deverge. With music by Tyler Walker.

My favorite line: "You shall not pass! Come on, stop passing. Stop. Not only are you passing, but you are doing it exceptionally slowly."

Maybe they should've gotten Willie Nelson to play Gandalf - he'd make a far fiercer wizard!
