Zeno's Paradoxical Haircut

Yes, it will, little guinea pig. This was established thousands of years ago by the Greek philosopher Zeno. You'll always have a bit of hair in this comic drawn by Jeff Munn. But maybe you should stop after a really cool mohawk.

I remember hearing this paradox in third grade -told about painting a room half by half by half at a time. I got in trouble because she said you would never finish and I argued that at some point, you'd have a space too small for a paint brush to divide in half so you'd still finish eventually.
It's a great paradox and all, but in practice, you can't keep dividing things in half forever.

This is like the Paradox of Zeno's Donut. The last donut in the box in the break room will be pared down by half and half again all day, never being fully consumed.
