Biological Art Scarves

Artist Michele Banks (previously at Neatorama) has her biological art available  on handmade silk chiffon scarves! The scarf here is based on her watercolor "Portrait of a Human."

A variety of different cell types, including blood, brain, muscle, retina, bone, egg, sperm, lung and liver, are presented as brightly colored squares against a black background. Awesome for doctors, nurses, researchers, or anyone who thinks humans are pretty on the inside.

Other scarves show brain cells, neurons, mitosis, and things grown in Petri dishes, along with art prints. Link  -Thanks, John Page!
