Citizenship laws vary in the rest of the world, but in most cases, you get citizenship from your parents. A commenter at TYWKIWDBI explained how this affected a relative, who was born in Austria of Russian and Czechoslovakian parents. The map listed Antarctica as "cannot confirm," which got me thinking: has anyone ever been born in Antarctica? Turns out, the answer is yes. There have been at least 10 children born there.
