The talented Annabel de Vetten of Conjurer's Kitchen created this gruesomely awesome "skin suit" cake, inspired by the serial killer Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs. It's made from vanilla cake, dark chocolate ganache, black cherry filling and pure horror.
