Justin was estimated to be about five weeks old when he was found abandoned and abused in Philadelphia. Someone had set fire to the kitten! Taken to the Pennsylvania SPCA, Justin underwent medical treatment for several weeks, and is now with a loving foster family. He's made a remarkable recovery!
