How do you update a 15th century church? Sculptor and stone mason Jean-Louis Boistel decided to add a little pop culture flair to the Chapelle de Bethléem in Nantes, France, by adding some unusual gargoyles, including the Gizmo and gremlin above from the movie Gremlins.

That reminds me of the scene in Gremlins 2 when the genetically modified Gremlin fell in wet cement then promptly flies to and lands on a cathedral to die.
