I've never eaten rattlesnake before, but I'd love to try it someday. I suppose that I could try to hunt them, but it might save time to just buy the meat online.
Rattlesnake tastes sort of like frog legs without the fishy overtones. Comparing it to everyday fare, more like chicken than pork. The ones I ate were wild caught, marinated and grilled. Yes, I would eat it again.
Domesticated rabbit, by the way, is pretty tasteless. The Jalapeno would be a necessity.
