When you glance out the window and see a piece of heavy equipment perched at such an odd angle, of course you're going to whip out your phone and record what might happen. That's a telescopic boom forklift (aka zoom boom) not a frontloader. I was yelling for him to drop his boom before he tipped back. Lucky he didn't kill someone.
