Dunno, @edward. The two on the inside (and presumably not as exposed to direct sun) are not melted.

or it was the result of a dumpster fire that occurred in close proximity of the street lights....but i like contributing it to the heat wave as well...cause it's flippin sweltering.

Scroll down in the link. It's said that the melting was caused by a fire, not really the extreme temperature.
