I was overjoyed when I found out that Marvel is making an animated web series called All Winners Squad, which features Howard the Duck and some lesser known characters like Squirrel Girl, Hypno Hustler and Ruby Tuesday (the dome headed super not the restaurant chain).
This reject squad series looks like it will be a laugh riot, but they'd better do right by that Duck or I will seethe with nerd rage!

I'm calling...err, "fowl" on this hero line-up. Howard would have known Ruby Thursday is actually a super-villain. He fought her with her evil cranium buddies, the Headmen in his Treasury Edition. If Marvel really wants to do a quality forgotten character revival, they'll bring back Warren Ellis' Nextwave: Agents Of H.A.T.E.. We really need an animated version of Capt. %#@$. Do it for the kids.
